Gregory Nicholls is an attorney-at-law, chartered arbitrator, and adjunct university lecturer with extensive experience in constitutional and public law. He served as a Government Senator from 2003 to 2008 and then again 2022.

He is a leading expert in constitutional law and recently served as Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Reform Commission. His professional work focuses on civil litigation, with particular expertise in constitutional law, administrative law, labour and employment law, and personal injury litigation.

Beyond the legal profession, Gregory has held senior leadership roles in sport and civic life. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Caves of Barbados Ltd., Vice President of the Barbados Cricket Association, and Chairman of the Arbitration Commission of the Barbados Olympic Association.

A long-standing member of the Barbados Labour Party, he has served the St. Thomas Branch for over 25 years, including as Branch President, National Council Representative, Third Vice Chairman, and Chairman of the Northern Zone.

Deeply rooted in community life, Gregory is active in church, sports, and cultural activities and is a well-respected figure in St. Thomas. He is married to Nesha Raja and is the proud father of three children.
